Το Μάντσεστερ, η MI6, η Αλ Κάιντα, το Νταές και οι Αμπέντι

Σύμφωνα με τη Scotland Yard, η επίθεση ενάντια στο κοινό της συναυλίας της Αριάνας Γκράντε στο Αρένα του Μάντσεστερ στις 22 Μαΐου 2017, διαπράχθηκε από τον Σαλμάν Αμπέντι (Salman Abedi), στον οποίον βρέθηκε ευτυχώς μια πιστωτική κάρτα στην τσέπη του τεμαχισμένου πτώματος του «τρομοκράτη».

Αυτή η επίθεση ερμηνεύεται γενικά σαν ένδειξη ότι το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο δεν εμπλέκεται στη διεθνή τρομοκρατία και ότι, αντίθετα, είναι θύμα της.

Ο Σαλμάν Αμπέντι γεννήθηκε στη Βρετανία από μια οικογένεια Λίβυων μεταναστών. Ταξίδεψε αρκετές φορές στη Λιβύη κατά τους τελευταίους μήνες, με ή χωρίς τον πατέρα του.

Ο τελευταίος, Ραμαντάν Αμπέντι, με τον οποίο ζούσε, είναι πρώην αξιωματικός των λιβυκών μυστικών υπηρεσιών. Ειδικεύτηκε στην παρακολούθηση του ισλαμικού κινήματος, αλλά δύο δεκαετίες αργότερα, δεν παρατήρησε ότι ο γιος του είχε ενταχθεί στο Νταές.

Το 1992, ο Ραμαντάν Αμπέντι μεταφέρθηκε στη βρετανική MI6 και συμμετείχε σε συνωμοσία του Στέμματος που σκόπευε να δολοφονήσει τον Μουαμάρ Καντάφι. Καθώς η επιχείρηση προδόθηκε, διέφυγε με τη βοήθεια της MI6 και μεταφέρθηκε στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο όπου απέκτησε πολιτικό άσυλο. Εγκαταστάθηκε το 1999 στο Whalley Range (South Manchester), όπου διαμένει η λιβυκή ισλαμιστική κοινότητα του Ηνωμένου Βασίλειου.

Το 1994, ο Ραμαντάν Αμπέντι επέστρεψε στη Λιβύη για λογαριασμό της MI6. Συμμετείχε το τέλος του 1995, στη δημιουργία του Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), τοπικό παρακλάδι της Αλ Κάιντα, μαζί με τον Αμπντελχακίμ Μπελχάτς. Το LIFG διατάχτηκε τότε από τη MI6 να δολοφονήσει τον Μουαμάρ Καντάφι για £ 100 000. Αυτή η επιχείρηση, η οποία επίσης απέτυχε, προκάλεσε έντονη συζήτηση εντός των υπηρεσιών της Αυτής Μεγαλειότητας, και προκάλεσε μεταξύ άλλων τη παραίτηση του φίλου μας David Shayler.

Πολλά «παλιά μέλη» του LIFG έζησαν επίσης στο Whalley Range, μεταξύ άλλων ο φίλος των Αμπέντι, Αμπντ αλ-Μπασέτ Αζούζ. Το 2009, ο τελευταίος εντάχθηκε στην Αλ Κάιντα στο Πακιστάν και έγινε στενός συνεργάτης του ηγέτη της, Αϊμάν αλ-Ζαουάχρι. Το 2011, συμμετείχε στο έδαφος στην επιχείρηση του ΝΑΤΟ κατά της Λιβύης. Στις 11 Σεπτεμβρίου 2012, διεύθυνε την επιχείρηση εναντίον του πρεσβευτή των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών στη Λιβύη, Κρίστοφερ Στίβενς, που δολοφονήθηκε στη Βεγγάζη. Συνελήφθη στην Τουρκία και εκδόθηκε στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες τον Δεκέμβριο του 2014, όπου περιμένει να δικαστεί.

Δεν είναι σαφές αν, το 2005, ο Ραμαντάν Αμπέντι εντάχθηκε στα μέλη του LIFG για το σχηματισμό της Αλ Κάιντα στο Ιράκ και αν, το 2011, συμμετείχε στη επιχείρηση της MI6 της «Αραβικής Άνοιξης» και αν έπαιξε υποστηρικτικό ρόλο στο έδαφος του LIFG προς το ΝΑΤΟ. Ό τι και να είναι, εγκαταστάθηκε στη Λιβύη μετά τη πτώση του Καντάφι και μετέφερε την οικογένειά του εκεί, αφήνοντας τα μεγάλα παιδιά του στο σπίτι της οικογένειας στο Whalley Range.

Σύμφωνα με τον πρώην Ισπανό πρωθυπουργό Χοσέ Μαρία Αθνάρ, ο Αμπντελχακίμ Μπελχάτς συμμετείχε στις βομβιστικές επιθέσεις της Μαδρίτης στις 11 Μαρτίου 2004. Αργότερα συνελήφθη, κρυφά, στη Μαλαισία από τη CIA και μεταφέρθηκε στη Λιβύη, όπου βασανίστηκε όχι από Λίβυους αξιωματούχους ή των ΗΠΑ, αλλά από πράκτορες της MI6. Τελικά απελευθερώθηκε με τη συμφωνία μεταξύ του Σαΐφ αλ-Ισλάμ Καντάφι και των τζιχαντιστών.

 Κατά τη διάρκεια του πολέμου της Λιβύης, ο Αμπντελχακίμ Μπελχάτς ο οποίος είναι εξόριστος στο Κατάρ, γυρίζει στη Λιβύη με ένα αεροπλάνο του Εμίρη και διευθύνει τις επιχειρήσεις στο έδαφος σε συνδυασμό με το ΝΑΤΟ. Στις 28 Ιουλίου 2011, οργανώνει τη δολοφονία του στρατηγού Abdelfattah Younes που ισχυριζόταν ότι είχε ενταχθεί στους «αντάρτες», αλλά ο ίδιος τον κατηγορούσε ότι είχε χειραγωγήσει τη καταπολέμηση του LIFG στη δεκαετία του 90

Το Σεπτέμβριο του 2011, ο Αμπντελχακίμ Μπελχάτς  διορίζεται στρατιωτικός διοικητής της Τρίπολης από το ΝΑΤΟ. Το 2012, με την υποστήριξη του Ιρλανδού Μαχντί αλ-Χατάρι, δημιουργεί τον Ελεύθερο Συριακό Στρατό, και στη συνέχεια επέστρεψε πάλι στη Λιβύη. Στις 2 Μαΐου 2014 έγινε δεκτός στο Quai d'Orsay (σ.μτφ., υπουργείο εξωτερικών της Γαλλίας). Τον Δεκέμβριο του 2013, μετά από ανακάλυψη στα αρχεία της Λιβυκής Αραβικής Τζαμαχιρίας μιας επιστολής του πρώην επικεφαλής της MI6, ο ίδιος ξεκινά μια διαδικασία στο Λονδίνο κατά του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου για το γεγονός ότι τον είχαν απαγάγει και βασανίσει εννέα χρόνια νωρίτερα. Οι βρετανικές μυστικές υπηρεσίες που παρακολούθησαν τότε παράνομα τα τηλέφωνα των δικηγόρων του, θα αναγκαστούν τελικά να καταστρέψουν αυτές τις καταγραφές. Σύμφωνα με τον Γενικό Εισαγγελέα της Αιγύπτου, Hichem Baraket, τον Μάιο του 2015, ο Μπελκάτς γίνεται κύριος ηγέτης του Νταές στη Βόρεια Αφρική, πληροφορίες  που επαναλαμβάνονται από την Ιντερπόλ. Ο Belhaj θα εγκαταστήσει  τρία στρατόπεδα εκπαίδευσης του Νταές στη Λιβύη, στη Derna (στην παλιά ιδιοκτησία του Αμπντ αλ-Μπασέτ Αζούζ), στη Σύρτη και στη Sebrata. Τον Οκτώβριο 2016 ανοίγει μια νέα διαδικασία στο Λονδίνο για την απαγωγή και τα βασανιστήρια του, αυτή τη φορά ονομαστικά εναντίον του πρώην επικεφαλής της MI6, σερ Μαρκ Άλεν.

Το Νταές ανέλαβε την ευθύνη για την επίθεση στο Μάντσεστερ, χωρίς όμως να χαρακτηρίσει τον Σαλμάν Αμπέντι ως «μάρτυρα». Μετά την επίθεση, ο Ραμαντάν Αμπέντι δήλωσε την εχθρότητα του προς το τζιχάντ σε δημοσιογράφους που επικοινώνησαν μέσω τηλεφώνου. Επιβεβαίωσε επίσης ότι ο γιος του σχεδίαζε να περάσει το μήνα του Ραμαζανιού μαζί του στη Λιβύη και ότι ήταν πεπεισμένος για την αθωότητά του.

Grande-Bretagne: l’auteur présumé de l’attentat de Manchester était proche des services de renseignement britanniques

Contrairement à ce que rapportent les médias, les parents de Selman Abidi ou Labidi, l’auteur présumé de l’attentat suicide de Manchester, ne sont pas des réfugiés mais des personnes ayant bénéficié d’un des nombreux programmes spéciaux de protection des services des renseignements britanniques. 

Selman este né de parents libyens à Manchester en 1994. 

Son père, Ramadan Abidi, était un officier de rang intermédiaire dans les services de renseignement libyens avant d’être recruté par les britanniques. 

Sa couverture aurait été grillée de façon accidentelle par un proche de sa femme, Samia Tebbal, peu de temps après l’échec d’un vaste complot au sein de l’Armée libyenne visant l’assassinat de Mouammar Gaddafi. 

Cet énième complot visant Gaddafi avait non seulement déclenché l’une des plus vastes purges au sein des services de sécurité mais la dissolution des forces armées libyennes, remplacées par ce que Gaddafi appelait « le peuple armé » ou « le peuple en armes ». Un concept vaguement inspiré des systèmes suisse et suédois en ce qui concerne la logistique de défense qui s’avérera fatal en 2011, lorsque la Libye a été attaquée par l’OTAN.

Ce sont les services secrets britanniques qui se chargèrent de la fuite ou l’exfiltration de la famille Abidi de Libye. 

Officiellement, les Abidi ont fui la dictature de Gaddafi pour se réfugier en Angleterre. 

Les Abidi ont été d’abord installés à Londres avant de déménager dans une banlieue au sud de Manchester oú il résident toujours depuis plus d’une décennie. 

Comme de nombreux jeunes des banlieues des grandes villes européennes, Selman a grandi sans repères fixes et a affiché un enthousiasme particulier vis à vis de ce que l’on appelle le « Printemps Arabe » au point de vouloir rejoindre les rebelles libyens. Cela a naturellement attiré très vite l’attention des renseignements britanniques chargés de prospecter les banlieues à la recherche de candidats prêts à se sacrifier au combat contre les ennemis de Sa Majesté au nom d’Allah. 

L’attentat suicide ayant frappé un concert de pop à Manchester à fait 22 morts et 50 blessés selon un bilan diffusé ces dernières heures. 

La police britanniques a très vite révélé l’identité de l’auteur présumé de cet attentat. Ce qui laisse à penser que ce dernier était non seulement connu mais sous supervision par des agents traitants issus du même milieu que son entourage immédiat. 

Ces détails n’ont été diffusés par aucun grand media européen et il ne le seront sans doute jamais. Raison d’État oblige.

When I first learned of yesterday's terror incident in Manchester, UK I snarked:

Several people attacked my over that tweet.

How would I know it was a "Syrian rebel" who blew himself up in the Manchester Arena?

Well, how would you know that any of the takfiri "Syrian rebels" the UK, the U.S. and their Gulf proxies support in Syria are from Syria? Many are definitely not.

Then news appeared that the attacker's name was Abedi and that he hailed from an anti-Ghaddafi tribe in eastern Libya. It was eastern Libya from where in Macrh 2011 a tribal insurrection to overthrow the Libyan government was initiated. Weapons were flown in from Qatar and handed out to Jihadists. British special forces were on the ground to help the takfiris of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) in their attacks towards the Libyan capital in western Libya. The leader of the eastern front was Abdelhakim Belhadj, a long time al-Qaeda member, After Ghaddafi was overthrown with British help al-Qaeda's flag went up over the court house of the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi.

The Manchester plot thickened.

Now we read this:

The suicide bomber who killed 22 people and injured 59 more at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester was a university dropout who may have made secret trips to Syria to train for the attack.

UK police revealed, Mr Abedi was a 23-year-old British national of Libyan descent. He was born in Manchester and grew up alongside three siblings.British intelligence agents are investigating reports the football-obsessed Abedi slipped into Syria while visiting relatives in Libya several times in recent years, The Sun reports.

Abedi born in Manchester and grew up in tight-knit Libyan community that was known for its strong opposition to Colonel Muammar Gaddafi’s regime.He had become radicalised recently - it is not entirely clear when - and had worshipped at a local mosque that has, in the past, been accused of fund-raising for jihadists.

A group of Gaddafi dissidents, who were members of the outlawed Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), lived within close proximity to Abedi in Whalley Range.

The Islamic State, a splinter part of al-Qaeda, has claimed responsibility for the attack in Manchester. The LIFG was aligned with al-Qaeda.

Salman Abedi was in east-Libya when the UK bombed Libyan government troops to free the way for the onslaught of the takfiris:

A person who said they knew Abedi from school told the Manchester Evening News: “He was a outgoing fun guy but since he went to Libya in 2011 he came back a different guy.“He used to drink, smoke weed then all of a sudden he turned religious and I’ve not seen him since 2012.”

“There was a black flag with Arabic writing on it on the roof [of Abedi’s house in Elsmore road] for a bit, a few years ago,” a neighbour told the BBC.

It was under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that a pipeline of Takfiri Islamist and weapons from Libya to Syria was organized. The British government surely knew and helped with this.

It is fairly obvious that the Manchester attack is a blowback of the British wars on the independent Libya under Ghaddafi and on the independent Syria under Bashar Assad. In both cases the British government supports radical Islamist takfiris to fight against the secular governments it wants to overthrow. But such extremists can never be controlled by the "west". They hate the "west" on ideological grounds and they hate what "we" do to their home countries. Any use of such forces abroad will blow back home.

I have seen suggestions that the attack in Manchester was initiated by "deep state" Gladio forces to help Theresa May win the British election. That is possible -British secret services knew the culprit well- but it is unlikely in my view. May is predicted to win by a wide margin and there is no need to take the risk such a plan would inevitably entail. A blowback from supporting takfiri terrorists in foreign countries is the much more likely explanation.

But don't expect the government supporting main stream media to explicitly point out that obvious connection. They are all part of the campaigns for the Takfiris when these try to overthrow this or that secular government. They are all guilty themselves of causing the Manchester attack.
